Roaring Brook Kennels are the perfect home away from home for your pet. We have provided thousands of pets in the Farmington Valley with a safe, comfortable stay for more than two decades. We treat every pet guest like our own pets and our spacious facility is designed to meet all your dog or cat's needs.
We are committed to making sure your pet is comfortable and well cared for when staying with us. Roaring Brook Kennels offers spacious indoor/outdoor boarding areas and special geriatric units for older pets. Each housing unit is climate controlled and full of comfortable beds and blankets for your dog or cat.
Every pet guest at Roaring Brook Kennels is given Eukanuba Low-Residue food. If your pet has special dietary needs, we are happy to fulfill any special requests, or you may provide us with a supply of your dog’s specific food or treats.
At Roaring Brook Kennels, we pride ourselves on our attention to cleanliness. Pens are stripped, disinfected and supplied with fresh blankets and clean beds every day. We take great pride in maintaining a clean, healthy facility and this sets us apart from other boarding facilities in the area.
We want your pet’s boarding stay with us to be as stress-free and fun as possible. Your pet’s visit is fully customizable. We offer individual walks through our grounds and one-on-one playtime sessions with our caring staff members.
Because our boarding kennel fills up fast, we ask that you make reservations for your pet’s stay, especially during major holidays. Cattery
Roaring Brook maintains a separate boarding area just for cats. Your feline companion has different needs than dogs, and our sound-proof, temperature controlled room for cats ensures all cats have a safe, stress-free stay.
We offer a variety of kitty condos that can be customized to fit your pet’s needs. A standard condo provides a secure, warm environment that fits most cats. Should your cat need a little extra room to explore and make friends, we can provide a double or triple cat condo with shelving for sleeping and jumping. We provide all feline guests with a high-quality diet, but you are welcome to bring in your cat’s favorite food or treats.
Our friendly staff also gives each guest plenty of play time and attention. Climbing poles, toys and cushioned chairs, just like the ones at home, are all available for our boarding guests. Please call us for more information.
Grooming
A grooming session with the professional groomers at Roaring Brook Kennels will leave your pet looking and feeling great. No matter what your pet’s individual needs are, our grooming staff will give your pet plenty of personalized, one-on-one attention. We work closely with our clients to understand the needs of each pet and our highly-trained staff can work with any pet.
Roaring Brook Kennels offers an extensive range of grooming services, from breed clipping and styling and cat grooming to specialty shampoo and condition treatments and dental maintenance. Our groomers frequently attend seminars, trade shows and continuing education classes and are at the cutting edge of the latest pet grooming styles and trends.
